The golden section in online design

The online photoshop design is based on the golden ratio. The golden ratio is based on the number φ=1.6180339…Many well-known logos are designed based on the golden ratio, such as the new PepsiCo logo (Figure 1), Apple logo (Figure 2), etc.:

The golden section is strictly proportional, artistic, and harmonious, and contains rich aesthetic values. This ratio can arouse people’s beauty and is considered the most ideal ratio in architecture and art. [5]
The painters found that the ratio of 0.618:1 designed to draw the most beautiful paintings, in the works “Vitruvian Man”, “Mona Lisa” and “The Last Supper” by Leonardo da Vinci. The golden section is used. Today’s women, the average length below the waist is only 0.58 of their height, so the famous statues of ancient Greece Venus with broken arms and the sun god Apollo deliberately extended their legs to make the ratio of their height to 0.618. Architects have a particular preference for the number 0.618. Whether it is the pyramids of ancient Egypt, the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, the Eiffel Tower in France in recent centuries, and the Parthenon in Athens, Greece, there are traces of the golden section.
